Welcome to the St. Edward the Confessor Chorale page! Chorale is open by audition to students in grades 3-7.  Chorale meets on Monday after school from 3:00-4:00 p.m.  Chorale has many performances during the school year.  The main purpose of Chorale is to lead the music ministry at all religious functions in which the school children participate.  These functions include all school Masses, special religious services and any other religion based activity in which the students take part.

Chorale also has several secular performances. This December, we are excited to announce that we will take part in Christmas at Lafreniere Park as well as perform at One Canal Place.  Chorale also performs at Lakeside Shopping Center as part of National Catholic Schools Week in late January or early February.  We end the school year with our annual Spring Concert. The concert is scheduled for April 29th, 2023 at 6:00 pm.

Auditions for the 2022-23 Chorale will be held after school on August 17th at 3:05pm in Room 112 for new members. Returning Chorale members will be auditioned during recess the week of August 15th. The first full rehearsal will be on Monday, August 22, 2022 from 3:00-3:45 pm. Information regarding audition will be given during Music Class the week of August 15th, 2022.
